To accomplish its mission, STEPS has a range of knowledgeable, capable, caring, and inspired Sudanese & international staff that shall foster mutual respect, open communication, and partnership among students, staff, families and the community.
STEPS teachers and staff are hired on a firm criteria set by a group of experts. In addition they are always provided with additional, compulsory training throughout their employment.
